Neil is currently working with an international team in the role of trainer / facilitator providing tutor-led virtual training using various interactive web-based training software packages. Sessions delivered during 2011 have included one, five, and eight-day events, to audiences across Scandinavia, Europe, North America and South Africa, together with participants located in Russia, China, India, and the Philippines.

He has designed CV and Interview workbooks linked to another tutor-led virtual workshop initiative for a leading international telecoms organisation. He has also run technical trainer training and assessment workshops for the same client.

Previous to this he worked on a major NVQ initiative with a large UK mobile communications retailer, and an "Effective Communication" programme for a UK tools distribution company based near Bournmouth.

In recent years Neil has worked almost exclusively for Accenture, Accenture Learning, Accenture HR Services, and BT, as a training facilitator, management development trainer and coach.
Together with this Neil is recognised as an on-page search engine optimisation, (SEO), professional and works with smaller organisations on their website marketing, geographical search optimisation, and ethical SEO requirements, providing SEO training and promoting their business websites.

Specific areas of development skill include training and coaching selection interview techniques; improving performance management; CV writing and development; graduate, and manager interview and assessment; coaching; workbook authoring; and general first-line, and middle manager skills training.
