Neil is currently working on an NVQ programme with the UK subsidiary of a French-owned global industrial equipment supplier. He is also a member of the delivery team providing customer service training for Network Rail.
However, in recent years Neil has worked almost exclusively for Accenture, Accenture Learning, Accenture HR Services, and BT, as a management development trainer and coach. Occasionally, he also takes on design work, and small financial services-based projects.
Specific areas of expertise include training and coaching selection interview techniques; performance management; CV writing and development; graduate, and manager interview and assessment; coaching; workbook authoring; and general first-line, and middle manager skills training.
